GOG.com Slashes Oddworld Prices, Permanently

If you were interested in taking a quest with the most famous Mudokon of them all but thought the asking price was a little steep, we have some good news. The classic PC game-loving crew at Good Old Games have reduced the prices on both Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee and Oddworld: Abe's Exoddus, forever.

Both DRM-free titles are now available for $5.99 (down from $9.99), giving eager players no reason to ignore the classic Oddworld Inhabitants-developed titles. Unless that reason is you don't have $6, in which case you should probably come back after you remedy that situation.

There's really no reason for older titles like this to be $4.99 across the board. The IP has played out. Slash the price and make a splash when you do. Steam sales are good evidence the market will respond kindly. But, make sure it'll play on modern systems.
