Capcom Reveals Dead Rising 2 Special Edition for North America, 'Zombrex' Film Schedule

Capcom has revealed a North American special edition for Dead Rising 2 will be available alongside the standard edition on September 28. The "Zombrex Edition" of the craft-creating, zombie-slaying sim will be available on Xbox 360 and PS3 for $79.99.

Gamers should note that some of the items included in the special edition differ between each console version.Zombie-killers on PS3 get a second Blu-ray disc with a "high-definition 24 minute 'Making of' featurette" whereas Xbox 360 owners get a second console-only disc includes the upcoming Dead Rising 2-based feature film and the "Making of" featurette. Capcom also revealed Keiji Inafune's directorial debut, the aforementioned and strangely titled feature film "Zombrex: Dead Rising Sun," will begin a staggered release throughout August on both Xbox Live and DeadRisingSun.com. The complete, and complicated, schedule can be found after the break.
