Morning Discussion
by Alice O'Connor, Jun 22, 2010 5:00am PDTThe Video Game Voters network is looking for a slogan to serve as the rallying cry in its fight against ignorance and ineptness, if you have a way with words and fancy doing your part for a better world. I would suggest that your suggestions avoid death threats, homophobia, leet speak, Family Guy references, misogyny, racism, spelling mistakes and the term "murder simulators." Ho ho! It's so true, isn't it? We're all terrible people!

It seems like the little mini-orbs that spring out of downed foes aren't as plentiful or highlighted as the first game. They'd streamed at you in the first one, in the sequel they aren't as noticeable and kind of float toward you in a lackadaisical manner.
As prime8 mentioned, the auto-targetting seemed a bit jacked. It liked to stick to things in the background when you were trying to cap a fool standing next to you. Is there a way to quickly jump to the next target? Driving seemed a bit whacked too, that might just take some getting used to, though.
The Agency voice guys seemed SUPER chatty. He keeps up a constant stream of advice, admonitions, pep talks, and abuse. I didn't mind it, but I hope he doesn't start repeating himself over and over in the full game.
The best part was the orbs, of course. As soon as I saw the minty green glow of Agility orbs scattered hither and thither like notes on a zither, I start salivating. I spend more time bouncing around collecting those than anything else.
