Shaun White Skateboarding Trailer Tears It Up
by Alice O'Connor, May 25, 2010 5:50am PDTAs if it weren't bad enough that skateboarders are taking over our park benches and handrails for their shenanigans, the CGI-snaffizied live-action debut trailer for Ubisoft Montreal's
Shaun White Skateboarding shows they'll soon be ripping up the streets too.
Ubisoft explains that the famed snowboarder's skateboarding game will allow players to "shape your world by extending handrails into endless grinds, carving alleys into half pipes and morphing streets into ramps." Tsk! The youth of today--not a shred of respect.
Shaun White Skateboarding is scheduled to grind onto PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 in time for the 2010 holiday season.

I skated for over ten years until I became an old fogey, and the realistic way you perform tricks combined with the awesome new animations make SKATE an incredibly realistic experience.
The statement "shape your world by extending handrails into endless grinds, carving alleys into half pipes and morphing streets into ramps," sounds like another surrealistic THPS to me.
