Machinarium Dev's Samorost 2 Added to 'Pay-What-You-Want' Humble Indie Bundle
by Alice O'Connor, May 11, 2010 5:40am PDTThe pay-what-you want Humble Indie Bundle has added the full version of Machinarium developer Amanita Design's charming adventure game Samorost 2 to its lineup, joining World of Goo, Gish, Aquaria, Lugaru HD and Penumbra Overture in the bargain offer.
With the offer set to end at 4pm EDT today, the grand total at the time of writing stands at a whopping $891,404--a portion of which is headed to Penny Arcade's children's charity Child's Play and digital rights advocate the Electronic Frontier Foundation. Lugaru developer Wolfire Games has teased that if sales reach $1 million, the source code for Gish, Lugaru and Penumbra Overture will be released.
Boasting Windows, Mac and Linux versions of all games, The Humble Indie Bundle can be bought for as little or as much as you please. However, Wolfire has broadly estimated that roughly 25% of all Humble Indie Bundle downloads were still 'pirated.'

Anyway, I really enjoy the games, I liked especially Lugaru. The fighting mechanics are great and its fun just kicking the crap out of rabbits and wolfs. That got them a preorder for Overgrowth from me.
Also the new game got added to my already purchased bundle.

a) there's more to the world than USA and Europe, in the comments to the article linked on their website there's a guy from Israel who couldn't buy it because the payment options didn't work over there.
b) other online stores such as Steam and D2D have shitty price conversions ($50 is NOT 50 €!)
