S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat 'Complete' Mod Announced, Clear Sky Complete Patched

Prolific S.T.A.L.K.E.R. modder Pavel 'artistpavel' Dolgov has confirmed that Call of Pripyat will receive a version of his popular 'Complete' overhaul mod compilation series.

The announcement poster and Clear Sky Complete for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky.

Saying only "The work on the third and final entry in the Stalker Complete series has begun," Doglov doesn't reveal exactly what the mod will bring but it'll most likely follow in the footsteps of the much-praised Complete mods for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl and Clear Sky, which delivered tweaks and bug fixes plus improved graphics, sounds, music and user interfaces while leaving their gameplay and stories intact.

The announcement comes hot on the heels of the release of Clear Sky Complete version 1.1.2, a 9MB minor patch which requires v1.1.1 be installed first.

I've played all three, beat them and enjoyed them.

I played about 1/4 way through the first one with 'Complete Mod'

I think I'll wait till they are all out, and then go through all 3 properly with complete mods.

Call of Pripyat is fine with nothing.

This will make the base game better, sure, but there's no need to wait for it. COP is awesome as is.

I was waiting to pick up Pripyat until this happened. I loved chernobyl, but it was damn near unplayable until the complete mod.

I'm excited for this new mod, i cant wait to see what it brings. There are only a few buggy annoyances in Pripyat that I've encountered. Otherwise the vanilla experience is completely playable and nary a problem. My only gripe with Pripyat, is that it's too short and I wish the entire zone was open to explore and not just the northern parts of the zone.
