Morning Discussion

By Alice O'Connor, Apr 15, 2010 5:00am PDT That's the end of Xbox Live for Microsoft's monster original console, then. Well. Kind of. Giant Bomb's Xboxalypse live streaming farewell party was still going strong at 4:17am PST when they finally turned in for the night. What a jolly prank this all is.

Here, have some Ultra Monsters art to ease that grody feeling of being deceived.

      Rules

      1. Matches are a best of 3 sets.
      2. Each set is a best of 5 rounds.
      3. Post in this thread or in Shackfighter chat (see Community above) at the start of tourney. If you don't show up within 15 minutes of a scheduled game, you will take a loss. This rule may get more strict as the tourney advances.
      4. Play your matches (send an invite to your opponent if he hasn't sent one to you) and report the result in the thread or in Steamchat. Hosting doesn't affect latency in Street Fighter.
      5. Hosts should start a 2 player endless battle lobby with 1 private slot. In the semifinals and Finals, hosts will receive special instructions to allow for spectators.
      6. Spectating privileges will be delegated based on my discretion. You'll be much more likely to get a spec if you're in Shackfighter chat (see Community above)
      7. The tourney is double elimination, so STICK AROUND after you take your first loss.
      8. There are no character selection rules.
      9. Any other questions or conflicts will be solved on a case by case basis at my discretion.
