Evening Reading: FPS Fever!
by Brian Leahy, Apr 14, 2010 5:00pm PDTThis morning, Take-Two announced that 2K Marin is developing an FPS game based upon X-COM. The outrage was palpable.
I'm willing to give 2K Marin a chance here. I'm sure this is a move meant to echo Bethesda's work with the Fallout franchise, which led to the creation of Fallout 3.
Personally, I'm a much bigger fan of Todd Howard and Bethesda's work than 2K Marin's, but we'll see what the studio can cook up.

ha ha ha! Fuck you John Paxson!! I mean, fuck Vinny Del Negro too, but fuck John Paxson more. That guy ruined my childhood when he sank a last minute 3 pointer to take the finals away from the Suns in1993. I've hated him ever since. And now, 17 years later, I get to enjoy John Paxson losing his temper and attacking his hired help because the Suns beat our shitty Chicago Bulls.
I hope his blood pressure went up and he drove really ill tempered on the way home too!
