Side-Scrolling Shooter 'Leave Home' Hits PC
by Alice O'Connor, Mar 15, 2010 11:30am PDTIndie developer Hermit Games' side-scrolling shooter Leave Home has made the jump from Xbox Live Indie Games to PC and you can nab the 13MB demo from FileShack.
Indie side-scrollers are not uncommon but Leave Home is kept fresh by dynamic difficulty and the ability to split shots. A full playthrough lasts only five minutes--less in this demo--which makes for intense nuggets of fun.
You can buy Leave Home on PC direct from Hermit for $5 or on Xbox 360 for 240 Microsoft Points ($3). If the soundtrack takes your fancy, that's also on FileShack.
