  I wouldn't be surprised if the whole thing has been rendered offline and composited into the screenshot actually. The lighting is just far too accurate - the reflections on the little metal embellishments around the joints look raytraced and glossed. Compared to the rest of the image, which is comparatively believable, the whole thing just looks out of place.
