by Chris Faylor, Feb 04, 2010 8:05am PSTInitially due in 2007, Splinter Cell: Conviction has seen its fair share of delays and missed release windows. But now, the game's release date has, quite literally, been set in stone.
April 13, 2010 is the date inscribed on the stones sent to various outlets, including IGN.
"To be crystal clear, Splinter Cell Conviction will be out on April 13 (US), April 15 (Europe + Australia), April 16 (UK)," publisher Ubisoft revealed of the PC and Xbox 360 stealth-action game through its Twitter, following the obligatory "set in stone" reference.

There's also the possibility of errors and disconnects on their end. So at any time your game just won't work and....you will have to....suck it up and deal?
