Tuesday is here, meaning that it's time for Steam's Midweek Madness sale. On offer this week? A 75% discount on Iron Lore's action-RPG Titan Quest Gold (PC).

Titan Quest and the Immortal Throne expansion

For $5, you get both the base game and its Immortal Throne expansion--practically a steal, considering the amount of praise the series accumulated over the years.

Unfortunately, Iron Lore Entertainment is no more, having closed in February 2008 due to funding issues. However, its legacy lives on in the form of Crate Entertainment, which bought the rights to its unreleased games after being founded by ex-employees and is currently working on a "spirital successor to Titan Quest" dubbed Grim Dawn.

Well worth it. I've got Titan Quest minus the expansion and I had a bunch of fun with it, played it for longer then any other Diablo style game (save for Diablo, of course).

Never played the online co-op, is it really that good? Does anyone play anymore?

PLEASE TITAN QUEST 2, PLEASE! BTW, Torchlight, is fun, but has ABSOLUTELY ZERO ( 0 ) replayability factor, the enchant your item 5000 times over kills the game for me.
