LEGO Harry Potter Apparating in May

Grab the Sorting Hat and make sure your school robes are pressed, as LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 is now expected sometime in May.

Publisher Warner Bros. and developer TT Games divined the month in a media blast today, clarifying the earlier vague 2010 estimate.

As the title implies, the magical block-buster recreates Mr. Potter's first four years at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Across the various books and films, the titular would-be wizard frequented the educational institution for a total of seven years.

PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, Nintendo DS and PSP iterations of the game are being readied for its May release, with a new trailer detailing year two below:

So how's this work? I've only played Lego Star Wars, but basically you went round whacking the emperors minions with your light stick... Harry Potter isn't exactly a game full of baddies is it?
