After playing the God of War collection for the first time the demo felt like such a clone. The way the story was presented, naked chicks, basic game mechanics e.t.c. But the Hell setting was still kinda interesting.

Having never tried games such as this or Devil May Cry or Bayonetta etc... I don't understand how you actually play them? Do you just frenetically hit buttons at random, like I used to play Mortal Kombat when I was young?
