Video Shows GRIN's Unreleased Final Fantasy?
by Chris Faylor, Jan 18, 2010 10:25am PSTFollowing the closure of Bionic Commando and Terminator Salvation developer GRIN, word emerged that the Sweedish studio had been working on a new Final Fantasy.
Now, a narrated video made by GRIN's former sound designer Jonatan Crafoord has begun making the rounds with sounds and footage from the supposed action-centric Final Fantasy XII spinoff, including a peek of the series' iconic Chocobo.
And while GRIN is defunct, rumors suggest the game may still see release, as Square Enix has reportedly moved the project to another as-yet-unspecified studio.

It is sad how some amazing studios close down while many shit companies thrive with really mediocre games. And even worse is that in game companies bussinemen and accountants take the larger role instead of the actual game designers......
Bionic commando was not perfect but was way better than many many games out there and showed some true potential...
Sadly the same thing happens to some of the best companies out there...
Pandemic the companie behind the sabouter closed down and it really is a big irony how nice the game actually is..
Remember looking glass and then ion storm ?
All aside I thought that looked freeking rad! If this is sp action RPG in the FF world, looking as is (of course filled in more) along with a shit load of loot, adventuring, spell trees, lvling etc all they really have to do is put up a link to the Digital Download and I will pay handsomely as soon as its done.
I always wanted FF to play like this (ARPG and third person goodness with loot) oh please let this project see the day of light...
