Since FASA closed and some of the members went on to form Airtight Games, I'm guessing they did a knock-off of one of their old titles in order to get some working capital raised in a short amount of time.
If that is the case they should've done a MP only game based off of the work done on Shadowrun except using a generic military based design in place of the SR character classes.

As soon as you get into the game I highly recommend changing the resolution to what you like, it wasnt set to my widescreen as default. Also put the graphics and textures up to high instead of medium.
AND set the flying mouse sensitivity nearly to full and turned off the reverse Y axis while flying.
After that it looked great, ran great, and flying was a blast. Combat was a rush both in the air and the ground. The little mantas with arms inside one structure made me jump which is rare.
I remember reading or seeing a video that he gets better at flying and such so his sometimes flailing arms and legs is much like that older movie The Rocketeer <sp>.
After Mass Effect 2 and Bioshock 2 this is on my buy list.
