Atlus Launches Demon's Souls Strategy Guide Replacement Program
by Chris Faylor, Nov 12, 2009 3:00pm PSTExplaining that some of the strategy guides bundled with the Deluxe Edition of Demon's Souls may suffer from "unusual cover ink wear/fading," publisher Atlus today launched a replacement program for those afflicted.
To obtain a replacement, owners need simply visit the official site, print off and fill out a form, and then send in the form along with the cover and first page of their guide.
"We appreciate the tremendous support Demon's Souls has received and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused," said Atlus' Crystal Murray.
The replacement program ends on December 31, 2009, with Atlus having declared the Deluxe Edition both "sold out" and "discontinued" less than two weeks after From Software's PlayStation 3 exclusive action-RPG hit North America on October 6.
