Is this newtonian physics? Doesn't look like it the way the dudes are flying. Too fast acceleration and change of direction, no acceleration past a certain velocity etc.

Wow, this reminds me of Zero G Marines years back. I really wanted that game but after a few previous nothing else about the game came out.

If this game is what I think it is and and if the rest of the game is as good as the pictures, this is going to be a day one buy for me.

Why are d00ds flying around in spacesuits shooting at each other? Seems like it would be better to stay in your base and use turrets, you know, with massive steel plates to protect you from the flying enemy d00ds and their light conventional firearms.

Why do the people fly away when they get hit?


Anyway, looks big and scary, I hope this game is as awesome as it look! Any specific date for it?

Why do the guns use conventional rounds?

I get that a gun in space will still fire because the gun powder has its own oxidizer and doesn't require any outside oxygen to fire but in the vacuum of outer space how is the heat going to dissipate.

I mean the gun would start to glow red hot after a few shots and then you'd get pre-ignition and rounds going off in the gun.

Seems like this could have been a useful fact to include in the game. External cooling unit for the gun. Be aware of your shots 'cause each one counts!

They really should have listened to the testers a lot more than they did. Really need to take a cue from Valve and how they listen to their gameplay testers. They are not there to only find bugs, they are the people that get a run trough your game and tell you if gameplay works and flows as intended, and can tell you when something is missing, and when something simply needs to go. This game is fun for a half hour. After that the 0g novelty wares off, and the reality kicks in, there is so much missing in order to make it a game you want to come back to. Only if they actually implemented things the testers wanted... I mean sure they did add a new game play mode after we argued for it, however there is TONS more missing. For example, they only have ONE gun in the game.

Played it for a couple hours - was fun, but got old really fast. I don't think it's going to have much in the way of longevity.

Very cool. Looks pretty unique as well. Seems like it borrows from Tribes like games, but is doing its own thing.
