Forza 3 Gameplay Trailers Deliver Laps
by Alice O'Connor, Sep 29, 2009 11:20am PDTTwo new Forza Motorsport 3 trailers ignore the trends of talking heads, fast cuts and butt rock, offering single laps from Turn 10 Studios' Xbox 360 racer with relatively little glitz.
A one-track demo for the October 27-due racer hit the Xbox Live Marketplace for Gold subscribers last week, and will be released for Silver members too on Thursday.

Graphics definitely don't keep up with GT5. Lots of aliasing even in the HD mode you see when picking the car color, and obviously missing details, like the exhaust tips just kinda disappear into a black wall on the back of the car, wheels look under-detailed, etc. I wasn't immediately thinking, "Gee, this looks better than Forza 2." Looks good, but not phenomenal. I'll still get it, but I'm thinking I'll wait for a price drop so I don't end up with a $80 game purchase with DLC.
