The Alchemist class--essentially a wizard in disguise--is featured in the latest trailer for Runic's Diablo-esque dungeon crawler Torchlight.

The action-RPG sees its release on October 27.

Oh man is that HOT, this game is like cat food to me I am freeking addicted to a good action rpg I will take as many as I can.

Loot loot loot anyone else catch all the pretty colors, so many grades, I have begun to collect and I do not even have the game. Also looks like Alche has minions, you have to love minions / summons in action rpgs.

Instant purchase, plus from what I hear you can mod any part of the game you want, has a full 3DS MAX export importer.

This looks just boring in a video like that. I really enjoyed the Beta multiplayer, but I wonder how much fun it is when you are plowing through endless hordes alone...

Any details yet about a story in the game? Or is it completely a single player mmo?

The only thing that turns me off is the look of the warrior character. Those HUGE arms are strange.

Otherwise looking pretty nice.
