Weekly PC Sales: Champions Online, Aion Preorders Continue to Sell

Upcoming MMOs topped the PC sales charts this week, indicating strong interest in both Champions Online and Aion.

Meanwhile, TimeGate's just-released shooter Section 8 charted on both Direct2Drive and Steam, while the PC version of Street Fighter IV continues to do well.

SF4 is up the list cause of the awesome weekend deal. It's great, but I'm staggered they couldn't get cross platform multiplayer happening - I'm finding it pretty hard to find a game cause all the other PC users are apparently in other countries and the pings are shit as a consequence.

Other than that, it's an AWESOME port (doesn't even feel like a port, with all the negative connotations that usually has), and to be honest, if you have a decent controller then it is surprisingly THE best version of it available.

I continue to be optimistic about Champions Online. Just when I start to feel like I think its going to get monotonous, the game world opens up a bit more and I see more scope.

Also, some people have done awesome work with the character creator--its a fun little bonus to meet original looking heroes.
