What, you thought that the trailer train would stop just because Batman: Arkham Asylum arrived on consoles last week? Why, that notion is almost as mad as The Joker himself.

Instead of focusing on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 editions, the latest trailer examines the September 15-due PC edition and the various PhysX effects--falling leaves, rustling papers, fog, more tiles per explosion, etc.--that NVIDIA's GeForce hardware adds.

I hope that at some point, there is some major BAM moment with physics in games. Its one of the more exciting potential things. Half Life 2, IMHO, is still by far the best use of physics in a game, it wasnt just a gimmicky marketing device like in most things these days. I hope PhysX is like the S3 Virge of this whole thing and we are still wating for that Voodoo moment where its like HOLY FUCKING SHIT I cant beileve how awesome this is!
