I hope they get really creative and make it comic book style fights. For example, you're in the middle of doing the above, the boss flashes and starts charging a huge AoE. You in turn, being this stronger-than-normal damage dealing character, picks up a lamp post and whacks him. The lamp post may not do as much damage, but the stun helps the healers a little bit.
If your group doesn't have a strong person, than another person in your group could do something else that's more than "use super power 4".
