Braid Creator Making 3D 'Puzzle-Exploration Game'

I honestly don't know that I've ever really 'boycotted' a product because of a person or company, but I never bought Braid for reasons many have already mentioned here. This guy is so beyond egotistical and every single time he opens his mouth to the gaming 'media' he seems to find a way to reinforce this. He makes John Romero look tame.

As to why someone would care how this guy acts if his game is good? Well, how about, I don't generally like giving my money to a$$holes... There's plenty of other great games out there these days, so much so, that I have numerous games I've purchased on my steam list I've never so much as played for one minute (bought them on weekend sales).

While Braid may be a fantastic, innovative puzzle/platformer....it's still a $15 downloadable 2d game, with an art style I don't personally like (not saying it's bad at all, just saying it's not my taste) and it's a very short game. While I may be missing out...in the end I'd much rather spend my money elsewhere given this guy's attitude.

Hell, I've been reading this site for something like 10 years, and I almost never post a comment, but seeing people defend this guy while not understanding why he gets flamed...just amazes me.
