Dawn of Discovery/ANNO 1404 PC Demo Arrives
by Chris Faylor, Jun 17, 2009 12:15pm PDTA 1.68GB PC demo for Related Design's upcoming strategy title Dawn of Discovery--known internationally as ANNO 1404--is now available on FileShack.
The download offers up two campaign chapters and the "continuous game" mode, each restricted to one hour of playtime and sporting limits on attainments and civilization levels.
Published by Ubisoft, Dawn of Discovery is due in North American retailers next Tuesday, June 23, with Wii and Nintendo DS editions arriving alongside the PC release.

its not a game for beginners sadly, and really makes you think once your cities get big / and have multiple trade routes set up.
You are just dumped into a map and are pretty much on your own, no idea what your objectives are and what to do. I sailed around a bit and started a lame settlement, after 3 building I get a message I cannot build anymore there and have not enough resources for another base. I sail around a bit more and decided this Demo stinks.
Uninstall after 10 minutes. You aren't missing anything here if you are looking for a new title...
