'The Last Guardian' Concludes Ico Trilogy
by Chris Faylor, Jun 02, 2009 12:55pm PDTPreviously referred to as Project Trico, the next title out of Shadow of the Colossus and Ico developer Team Ico has been officially announced as "The Last Guardian."
Coming to PlayStation 3, Guardian is the third entry in the Ico trilogy, according to Sony CEO Jack Tretton. A trailer was shown, with many scenes from the leaked video sporting added graphical detail, along with footage of the boy sneaking around enemy soldiers and, later on, throwing barrels at another batch of soldiers.
Unfortunately, the PlayStation 3-exclusive story of a boy and his colossal feathery companion does not yet have a release date.
