Two Very Different Bionic Commando Trailers

A pair of new Bionic Commando trailers from publisher Capcom show two starkly disparate approaches to marketing GRIN's free-swinging third-person shooter.

First we follow on from the Bionic Middle Manager and Bionic Fireman trailers with a new menial job, a cussin' old dear, wailing metal vocals and one very cheesy grin.

If that seems far too silly for you, the second trailer continues the Lab Report series in a very prim and proper manner, showing gameplay cut into smooth CG with an epic score.

Whichever approach best sells you on the game, Bionic Commando swings onto Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on May 19, with a PC release following later in July.

Jamie Christopherson probably had a field day with the music on this game. Can't wait to hear how he's reimagined the classic tunes... and hopefully, he's come up with a few of his own. He always does a great job, no matter the project... can't wait for Lost Planet 2.

I'm holding out the two months for the PC version. I think it will be well worth the wait with the mouse and keyboard controls.
