Tekken 6 Screenshots Defy Bodily Limits

I'm not sure what chick in the below-right screenshot just did, but the aftermath sure looks like a self-inflicted wound. Also, it is truly odd to be able to say that the kangaroo getting punched is the least bizarre aspect of the bottom-left shot.

Tekken 6 arrives on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 this fall.

Just spent 10 days in Japan and Tekken 6 was the big game at the local arcade. I played it a fair bit but couldn't help feeling that's its simply more of the same with better graphics and more characters. Some of the new characters are definitely cool (That big fat guy "Bob" is surprisingly fast and a lot of fun to use).

After that, its still plain old tekken. Blazeblue and Capcom vs Tatsunokowas were also available to play and impressed me way more. Blazeblue is a great spiritual sequel to Guilty Gear's plethora of sequels and It was a lot of fun to play a Capcom VS game that is finally in 3D.

I could never get into 3D fighting games. I prefer the side scroll like SF and MK types.

It's going to take a helluva effort on Namco's part to break the grip SFIV has on me, and I don't think tekken is the game that will do it.

Meh. Looks like if I wanna play tekken I can stick to tekken 5.

I mean seriously, it doesn't look anything like the first teaser stuff, with sweat and pores and stuff. It looks like Tekken 5 for PS2. I don't see a single reason why I should buy this.
