Shack PSA: Crysis Wars Free Through April 17

Crytek today announced that its Crysis-derived multiplayer game Crysis Wars will be free to play through April 17.

To participate, grab the four-part trial client, install the 1.4 patch, and follow the instructions at mycrysis.com to generate a CD-key.

The trial serves as a hook for the upcoming Crysis Maximum Edition, a compilation of Crysis, Crysis Wars and Crysis Warhead. The pack will sell for $40 beginning May 5.

i just cant get into this game's multiplayer, people keep playing same horrible maps, i cant recall their names and the "conquest" mode is terribly not fun, Wish it was more like Quake Wars type of mod.

    I still think it has more to do with the engine itself. I mean I have a pretty mean rig (285 GTX) and I still need to play multiplayer with eveything on low to feel like I have the best shot at winning a shooting match. That and when I play i just dont feel as "aware" of what going on around my character for some reason; it just feels off.
