Mezmer Celebrates 4/20 with Stalin vs. Martians
by Chris Faylor, Apr 08, 2009 7:50am PDTIt's been a fun ride, but sadly, the end is near. Publisher Mezmer today announced that Stalin vs. Martians--the result of an odd three-way collaboration between developers BWF, Dreamlore and N-Game--will arrive April 20, nearly a year after its unveiling.
The bizarre PC strategy game, said to be "the perfect choice for anyone who just hates the strategy genre," will debut that day on "all major digital games retailers."
"One contributing factor to the success could be the high level of historical accuracy, that is completely missing from the game," Mezmer executive producer Tom Soderlund said of the many views the videos have racked up on YouTube. One of those follows below:
