I've been in love with the NFS franchise since the first one came out for the playstation one. That game was about taking exotics and making you feel like you were driving it in the real world. That game did it and made it fun. This game does appear to be in direct competition with Grid (an AWESOME game) and I have to agree with the other posts that if they want to compete with a game that should have racing enthusiasts interested, they have to out-realism them... and without damage modeling, even non-functional damage modeling!? Yeah, pass... I've wanted a good NFS game for a long time, Most Wanted was CLOSE... but Undercover and Pro-Street made me cry they were so bad. The NFS:S isn't out yet, so here's hoping... but let's hope it doesn't end up being NFS:Sh!t... (Driving you car as an automatic better NOT be an option... lolol)

Everything been done in GRID already.
Maybe with not as good graphics, but hell, there is something called fun as well. And I doubt just another DTM racing game such as Shift is bringing this to us any better than GRID already does.
It's also funny how in each scene (around 5 imes) the car of the player goes A LOT faster than anyone else. Can anybody tell me why??
2 times he drivers twice as fast compared to the others just for the effect of speed in the video? lame and unrealistic.
Really lame effort and no step forward into racing games if that's all we can expect...
_RISK SOMETHING_ FOR ONCE IN THE NFS SERIES.
