Shack PSA: Fable $10 on Xbox Live This Week

Microsoft has marked down the downloadable "Xbox Originals" version of Lionhead's Fable in this week's Xbox Live deal for Gold-level users.

The acclaimed RPG, first released in 2004, can be had for 800 Microsoft Points ($10) over the next seven days. The title is normally priced at 1200 Microsoft Points ($15), making this deal a very decent 33% discount.

I bought this game on the marketplace quite a while ago. Just a word of warning, it runs like crap and really not worth it unless you enjoy playing with framerates ranging from 10-20. There is a PC version that runs and looks great. I would recommend that route.

Nice, they finally dropped the price to match that of the physical copy. Always found it funny how they marked it up 50% when they put it under Xbox Originals.
