Mysterious! nope The newspaper clipping is dated February 20, 1967, while the original game took place in 1960. BioShock 2 developer 2K Marin has yet to confirm whether the game is a prequel or--as this clipping might suggest--a sequel.
BioShock 2 is set for release on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC between August and October of this year.
