Nintendo Reveals New Wii Controller

Nintendo today updated its Wii website with information on a new, upcoming Wii controller (pictured left).

The "Classic Controller PRO" will add extra shoulder buttons and hand grips to the original classic controller concept. As with the classic controller, the PRO will apparently still need to be wired to a Wii Remote.

The new pad is slated for a vague "summer" release date in Japan. No pricing details were released.

  The only problem with the gamecube controller is the abomination that the z button is . Seriously, someone should have been kicked in the nuts repeatedly for how bad that was. It looks like this controller solves that issue.
