Rumor: Forza 3 Coming This Holiday

Nice, but lets hope this time the graphics look better than a picture of my ball sack...

Calling Forza or Gran Turismo or even PGR a "racing simulation" is a joke. Gran Turismo has no damage, PGR didn't allow you to customize your cars exterior and Forza didnt feature an inside the car view. Even the fuckin pitstops in these "simulations" feature no fucking pit crew! My point is that even though these developers have nailed the physics and graphics on these driving simulators the whole genere is fucking borring! After you've raced for 10-15hrs or so the games begin to feel like your playing a grinding mmo. At least with Forza you can design the exterior of most of the cars. Your imagination is the limit I suppose. Thats why I say Forza is the best driving simulator out there imo because of the level of customization. Now what the genre really needs is a racing simulation that includes a fukin story attached to make it interesting. How about actually running a race team. How about racing in a race with 20 cars and actual pitcrews. In fact make the game a full blown RPG where the outcome of your succes is literally in your hands. Achieveing levels opens up part availabilty like in the need for speed series.....Why CAN'T a race car have neon and chrome spinners??? I'm out thanks for reading my rant.

is the version after that one going to be called 'Fourza' ?

I so hope this is true. I can't fucking wait for Forza 3. I thought the graphics of Forza 2 were disappointing as well but I bet they will improve them quite a bit for 3.

Forza 3 out before Gran Tourismo 5, and probably a vastly better game.

If they are committed to Forza as a simulation they need to:

1) It needs to compete with Gran Turismo 5 Prologue graphics wise as that is just a beautiful game..

2) Support the Logitech G25 or some other H-Shifter and Clutch. I'm not saying build the game around it, but at least give it H-shifter support.

in reality it's only 10 tracks, but with 10 variants of each.

Want. I want the shit out of Gran Turismo 5 too, but it looks like it'll be along while before I get to play that.
