As expected, my enjoyment of Burnout Paradise is significantly higher after the latest patch. Hooray for the option to restart an event, instead of driving halfway across the map to try again. I sat down to play for a few minutes and ended up losing a few hours.
However, this will put force me to make a difficult call later in the week. Car crashes or zombie killing? I honestly don't know if I'll be able to decide. Both sound so appealing.

I put it in the same category as an iPod - at first blush, it's a little pricey for what it does (but I already have all of my CDs in my car!), but once you have the option of accessing all of your media with one device, it becomes worth it. I shudder to think of all of the storage space I'd gain if I could box up all of my books.
