Atlus Announces Tokyo Beat Down, Follows Through with Trailer Uppercut
by Nick Breckon, Jan 09, 2009 12:15pm PSTAtlus today announced Tokyo Beat Down. It's a game where you "beat down thugs," "dish out justice," and probably clean up the streets. That last part is unconfirmed speculation.
"Experience the sweet nostalgia of classic coin-op beat 'em ups, where you must rely on your fists, firearms, and anything else that happens to be lying around to beat the sin out of Tokyo's criminals," writes Atlus.

I'm getting kinda tired of massive RPGs on this thing. yeah, great for that airplane ride but once you're back in front of the PC/living room TV you'll never play it again. Then wonder WTF when you try to play it on your next trip, 3 months down the road.
This on the other hand, seems just right.

But Atlus' translations make it worth buying twice.
