Hell fucking yeah. Roy Orbison. Never thought he would show up in this game. Going to love playing vocals. :D

Screw all you guys, Roy Orbison is fucking GREAT music and I'm picking this pack up when it hits!

Wow, I was cycling through my Sirius satellite radio the other day and Roy Orbison was on the 50's station. The 50's man! How come Harmonix is reaching so far back? What is wrong with the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, and 2Ks?

How can you even justify Roy Orbison?

I mean there are only about a thousand acts that adolescents and young adults (15-34) are more familiar with. How many people were in their music hey-day in the 50's and play Rock Band? I think about zero.

If you want classic rock try some Tom Petty, Genesis, Peter Gabriel, Pink Floyd, Eddy Grant (Rock me down to Electric Avenue!!), Don Henley. But Roy Orbison??? I don't even think it classifies as rock. It's Country.

Had to get this rant off of my chest.

We need more metal and punk in Rock Band!! Slayer, Sepultura, Soulfly, Fear Factory, Sublime, S.O.D., M.O.D. ( Bubble Butt and Don't Feed the Bears would be great), M.D.C. (John Wayne was a Nazi). All of those TLA bands. (TLA = Three Letter Acronym)

I'm not a big fan of Orbison (only because i'm not familiar, i'm sure he did alot to contribute to the development of Rock, etc etc. I do not deny that).

However, girls love 'Pretty Woman'. And it's easy to sing. Any song that is a crowd pleaser is a good RockBand song.

They need to release Steve Miller Band - Greatest Hits 1974-1978 in its entirety. So many awesome/fun songs.

As soon as the Wii store opens I am all about Steve Miller Band songs. A big hell no to Lenny ever since he butchered American Woman. I just want to be able to get some new songs since I own RB1 on PS2 (no DLC), GH3 on Wii (no DLC) and now I have RB2 on the Wii (no DLC). Yes I know that it is SUPPOSED to come to to the Wii eventually but it was supposed to be available on release, then 7 days after release, then early 2009.... oh well I will continue to wait patiently for January.
