Gears of War 2 DLC Trailer Shows Combustible Maps

Now available for 800 Microsoft Points ($10) on the Xbox Live Marketplace is the Combustible Map Pack for Gears of War 2 (X360).

As noted last night, the DLC offers three new multiplayer maps: Flood, Gold Rush, and Fuel Station. Here's a trailer:

3 maps for $10! I'll pass... with 3,187,025 copies of GOW2 sold already, I imagine they'll make at least $10,000,000 within the first week. Wish I could make that much for one, if not two, weeks of work.

It's not fair. I don't want to get them but I will have to as soon as my friends do so we can play Hoard mode on them. They all look like they'll be great on Hoard, especially the last one. Rooftop = Sniping heaven!

Considering I got (what, 5?) maps free just for buying the game, $10 for another three won't kill me.

My biggest problem with this is I went out and bought gears 2 new and I got the 5 extra maps code....but noone ever plays them. If I buy these will anyone play them?

Good game, fun MP, not buying this though. It's been a fucking month and I've got a lot of play left out of the normal maps. Not worth $10 especially at this point in its life.

Wow, as if these guys don't make enough money. I'm all for proper DLC, like the Fallout 3 stuff coming out, but this is ridiculous.

I must say that I had high hopes for this game since I am an action game person. But I have made it about half way through the single player and it is mildly fun.

The MP has not been all that fun for me. I don't think the player movement does much for me.
