New screenshots of Ensemble's Halo Wars have arrived from publisher Microsoft, showcasing a number of the environments and units players will discover in the Xbox 360 real-time strategy game once it arrives in February 2009.

If I cared about the halo series I would demand a PC version but fuck that. Microsoft abandoned the PC along time ago. Not just that, but Halo is a mediocre series and so is Gears of War. I don't like to call people dumb, but console gamers have caused a serious dumbing down of games. Hardly any games with as much deep content and story as the original Deus Ex come out anymore. Fallout 3 is the only recent game that is like the classic PC games from when I grew up. And Halo Wars is going to be a dumbed down RTS.
