Call of Duty: World at War Multiplayer Trailer

Following this week's launch of the Call of Duty: World at War multiplayer beta on Xbox 360, publisher Activision has released a new trailer detailing the multiplayer component of the first-person World War II shooting game.

Developed by Treyarch, Call of Duty: World at War hits PC, PS2, PS3, Xbox 360, Wii and Nintendo DS on November 11, with series creator Infinity Ward returning to the franchise via next year's release of Call of Duty 6.

Oh sweet the tanks have armor plating that breaks off when they take damage.

OK, how come the models look worse than CoD4? What the fuck. I understand it's a different developer but this is still a AAA title. They could have gotten artists that know make cool look models. Plus the animations look crappy.

I have to admit, I was a worried this might be another COD3, but...so far things look really great. GameTrailers.com had a cam video with the Xbox mulitplayer, and I thought it looked like it would be a lot of fun, so... :D

I'm in the beta as well. Having played CoD4 exclusively on the PC the visuals look really low-end which is tough to get used to. Gameplay-wise they did a good job with the weapon feel. No surprise since CoD3, no matter what you think of it, had great weapon handling.
