How the FUCK to change the resolution? It's so annoying. It starts, without a menu, and when I want to change it in the graphic options it only gives me "Post processing yes/no" "Shadows yes/no" and "Quality low/middle/high". That's it. What the fuck is that? No detailed options?

Does it have LAN play and if so how many people?

My LAN group needs another racing style game to give us a break from Flatout 2. We've tried more realistic racing games but they can become boring if the tracks are big and we get separated. We then end up just going around and around by ourselves which destroys the fun factor.

Reading about the lack of res control options had me wondering about through the game's install folder before even loading the game. Imagine my amusement when I clicked on Disney...only to be confronted w/ "C:\Program Files (x86)\Disney Interactive Studios\Pure DEMO\Data\UrbanDictionary."

I bought it... on 360 no less.. it's definitely greatness. Disney Interactive is now almost a seal of quality for their first published game and Black Rock shows they are a more than competent Next-Gen (when will they 86 that term) developer. Amen. Let's see more of this quality action. SSX definitely came to mind, with crazy terrain depth (you control different on different surfaces ) to the stunning tricks and intricate track courses. I recommend buying it, as the ATV builder adds quite some depth as well.

If you're using the 360 controller for windows you'll notice the controller shows up as a "3 axis 10 button controller" and not "left stick, right stick, A,B,Y,X," etc. Heres the controls:

Button 5 = Left Shoulder
Button 6 = Right Shoulder
Button 1 = A
Button 2 = B
Button 3 = X
Button 4 = Y
Left Click = Pre-Load (Jump Ready)
RightClick = Freelook

It's a fun game but Free roam isn't free roam. It's drive around the track but you don't race or do anything. They need something like Motocross Madness 2 where you just drive around a big area.
