Pure PC Demo Released, Kicks Ass
by Chris Faylor, Oct 01, 2008 11:57am PDTNew at FileShack is a 1.86GB PC demo for Black Rock Studio's surprisingly awesome ATV racer Pure, which hit PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 earlier this month.
Even if you hate ATV games, Maarten and I encourage you to give Pure a shot. Similar to EA's beloved SSX series, the game rewards tricks with boost, providing additional depth beyond mere racing. More importantly, it's fun.
If you're a console owner, don't worry, you're not left out in the cold. PS3 and Xbox 360 demos can also be found in each system's respective online marketplace.

My LAN group needs another racing style game to give us a break from Flatout 2. We've tried more realistic racing games but they can become boring if the tracks are big and we get separated. We then end up just going around and around by ourselves which destroys the fun factor.
