GC 2008: Tom Clancy's EndWar Screenshots, Trailer

Yet more from the Leipzig Games Convention as Ubisoft has also issued new screenshots from their upcoming sci-fi strategy game Tom Clancy's EndWar (PS3, X360).Additionally, a new "Theater of War" trailer for the game is available featuring cinematic and in-game footage.

Developed by Ubisoft Shanghai, Tom Clancy's EndWar is scheduled for an October 15 release.

Look awesome and has a pretty good idea, but why would it be for consoles only? Wouldn't the PC be able to handle it better? Especially with the servers? Instead of going through xbox live or whatever PS3 has to bog down their servers? I am pretty sure this will take a lot of bandwidth dealing with 1000's of players.
