Though the summer doldrums are in full effect, this week redeems itself through the smartly-timed arrival of the boobilicous fighter Soul Calibur IV on PS3 and Xbox 360.

Soul Calibur Premium edition: A one way ticket to get your ass kicked for real when you wear tha shirt. I never saw anything in these premium editions with game headbands, shirts, underwear, etc. In my book it just calls for a ass-kicking and public ridicule.

I don't get why everyone on the shack now jumps on the PS3 version of SC4. Is this the typical "for the underdog yo" thinking or are people THAT much in love with the controller?

I always thought the GC controller was way ahead of the small child-sized PS2 thing. It's the same with 360 controller versus DualShock. Sure the dpad on the 360 sucks balls but doesn't everyone play with the analog stick anyway? I always did on the PS2 anyway...

I mean other that, the only difference is the online system, and just by reading shackpinions, I figured the PS3 is always behind in that sector. (Vader vs Yoda doesn't count, it was obvious months ago both will be available on both platforms after launch anyway-for cash but still no real reason to prefer either)

I'm still probably going PS3 on SC4 for the controller. Anyone have any good comparison links? I saw one on gametrailers and it was garbage.

I am having trouble getting rid of my lung bloodclot in Deadly Catch. Anyone know the cheat code to defeat the blood thinners so I can go smoke and get back on my boat? And my deckhand keeps wigging out on meth. Any ideas?

I'm not as excited for soul calibur games as I use to be, and I'm surprised that Beijing '08 isn't going multi-platform here, never seen a sports game only on PC...well maybe I have but it's not fresh in my mind.
