New Fracture Footage Shows Earth-rending Ride
by Aaron Linde, Jul 25, 2008 3:00pm PDTA new gameplay video and two small screenshots from Day 1 Studios' Fracture (PS3, 360) has emerged, offering a look at the Atlantic Alliance's terrain-warping TDV-1 vehicle.
The TDV-1 makes use of the same terrain-deforming capabilities as seen elsewhere in the game, able to shape and mold surrounding earth into ramps for quick launches.
Fracture is scheduled to arrive at retailers this coming October.

This is not sarcasm, I actually like it.
However, I think it's largely unintentional, probably due to some form of incompetence. More incompetence please!
Did anyone else think those explosions looked a bit odd? The flat shockwaves made them look kind of cartoony.

graphics dont look to impressive, art directions looks like every other sci-fi action game, frame rate is abysmal, but oh wait! you can deform the landscape!!!!!!!!
and to that I think, "so what?"
remember Red Faction where you could deform the walls? that feature sure made it worth playing :-/
