A new Saints Row 2 trailer is now available. Though sadly lacking Gary Busey, the new trailer does explain the premise for Volition's open-world action game sequel. Look for this one October 14 on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

As you could create your character completely custom in Saints Row. Is this Main Character in SR2 supposed to be your character from the first game?

Seeing as you 'died' at the end of SR1 when they blew you up on the boat

could explain the coma.

Looking good. I couldn't get into the first one for whatever reason, but after GTA IV was missing so many elements I enjoyed from San Andreas, this game is looking to fill the gap.
