Final Fantasy 4 DS Screens Show Polygonal Mages

Square Enix today released another batch of screenshots from its upcoming Nintendo DS revamp of Final Fantasy IV.

The full-fledged remake brings the classic RPG into 3D with voiced cutscenes, WiFi functionality, a retooled ability system and a newly remixed soundtrack.

Already released in Japan, Final Fantasy IV will reach North America on July 22.

If they remake FFVI I will simply die of joy.

That said, I am super pumped for this. This was the second RPG I ever played; the first being Dragon Warrior (free with Nintendo Power!).
