New Project Origin Media

  • They better have a demo representative of the game, because if this is yet another Crysis, I'm not buying it. If I wanted to know where the story went, I'd be better served by reading a game transcript.

Even though FEAR looked good in its time, it didn't "feel" right; the gameplay mechanics and weapon feedback were crap. I'm also starting to get sick of mindless ragdoll, and as was said before, the slo-mo is a bit of a suspense killer.

I'm having a lot more fun right now playing through Doom 2 again. Monolith, do your best to convince me that I want to play through yet another blood-smeared slo-mo slideshow with bloom, corny writing, bad voice acting, enemy AI characteristics as stiff as a plank, and weapons that feel either weak or mistimed. Good luck.
