by Chris Faylor, Apr 25, 2008 8:14am PDTA trio of Russian developers have revealed that they are all collaborating on an alternate-history PC strategy title that pits former Soviet Union leader Joseph Stalin against invading Martians.
Titled Stalin vs. Martians, the game is billed as "the natural choice for anyone bored of hundreds and hundreds identical 'World War II strategies'" as well as "the perfect choice for anyone who just hates the strategy genre."
Set in 1942, it begins as Martians invade Russia, forcing Stalin to lead the military's anti-extraterrestrial troops into battle.
Developed by Black Wing Foundation, Dreamlore and N-Game Studios, Stalin vs. Martians is expected to release this fall. No North American publisher has been announced.
