A downloadable demo for the Xbox 360 version of Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Conspiracy (PS3, X360) is slated to hit the North American Xbox Live Marketplace in May, CVG reports.

Developed by High Moon Studios, the action-espionage effort title incorporates elements from the Bourne books and films along with new material. It is expected to ship to North American retailers on June 3, followed by a European release on June 27.

According to publisher Vivendi, details on both a PlayStation 3 demo and the demo's eventual European arrival "awaiting confirmation."
